Tickets can be purchased as follows:

  • Early Bird (March 15-31, 2026) $350 for table of 8, $50 individual tickets
  • Regular (April 1 – May 8, 2026) $400 for table of 8, $65 individual tickets.

Tickets will be available online only at https://ncnaacp.us/win26-tickets starting March 15, 2026 (Note that the link will not be activated until tickets go on sale).

Each branch: Asked to do one fundraising event in support of all participating ladies.

State Conference Mother of the Year Assessment  

NC State Conference appreciates your support of its work through the paying of assessments by the units. We  are asking each unit to send in their assessment according to the scale below. Each contestant’s branch must  have submitted their assessment to the NC NAACP State WIN Committee for a contestant to be eligible  to participate. Assessments will also be collected on the day of the event from  10:30 A.M. to 11:45 A.M.

▪ Branches with 50-500 members — a minimum contribution of $1,000 
▪ Branches with 501-1,000 members — a minimum contribution of $1,500
▪ Branches with over 1,000 members — a minimum contribution of $3,000

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Age requirement: Must be 21 years or older
  • NAACP membership: Must be a member of the local NAACP chapter
  • Voter registration: Must be a registered voter
  • Meeting participation: Must attend or take part in at least two Zoom meetings regarding the event
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum fundraising: Must raise a minimum of $1,000.00
  • VIP benefits: Participants who meet the minimum will have VIP seating at the brunch
  • Sponsor recognition: The participant’s picture and name will be earmarked as a sponsor
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Timely submission: Must assure all required documents are received on the due date to the local and state office 
  • Bio and photos: All photos and bio/informational documents must be submitted by May 8th
ONGOING COMMITMENTS
  • Local participation: If selected as branch winner, may be asked to participate in NAACP activities at the local level
  • State participation: If selected as state winner, will be asked to attend the state conference
